Hebrew transcription is priced in two ways: human transcription, priced by recording length, difficulty and turnaround, and automatic transcription on a monthly plan. In SmartChat, automatic transcription is included in the monthly meeting plans in Israeli shekels, together with the summary, decisions and tasks. The current prices of the plans that include transcription are below, VAT included.

Human or automatic
Human transcription suits a word-for-word transcript someone signs, for example for court. Automatic transcription costs far less per hour, is ready far sooner, and suits meetings and client calls you come back to in order to find what was said.
When the hours run out
Recording and upload hours are a monthly allowance; when they run out, you move to a larger plan. Subscribers can also buy one-off add-ons for bot hours, live coach hours and AI credits, for what their plan includes.

Do prices include VAT?
The prices on this page include Israeli VAT. The pricing page also shows them before VAT.
Is the summary included?
Yes. Every transcribed meeting gets a summary, decisions, tasks and open questions at no extra cost.
Is there a commitment?
