Meetings in Hebrew

Hebrew meeting transcription, from the call to the summary

SmartChat transcribes meetings held in Hebrew, whether on Zoom, Google Meet or Teams (with a bot), recorded in the browser in a meeting room, or uploaded as a file. The transcript has speakers and timestamps, and from it SmartChat writes a summary: key points, decisions, tasks with an owner and a date when they were said, next steps and open questions.

Three ways in

  • Send a bot to a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams meeting, or let it join on its own from Google Calendar.
  • Record from the browser, for an in-person meeting or a call without a bot.
  • Upload a recording you already have.

After the meeting

Summary styles (full, short, detailed or tasks only), tasks that go into your task list, a read-only link to share the summary with a client, and questions you can ask about one meeting or all of them. SmartChat's interface, transcripts and summaries are in Hebrew; terms said in English inside a Hebrew sentence are kept as they were said.

Questions

Hebrew meeting transcription:
what people ask.

Do participants see the bot?

Yes. It joins as a visible participant named SmartChat Notetaker. Informing participants about the recording, and getting their consent where it is required, is the responsibility of whoever records.

Can I share the summary with a client?

Yes, with a read-only link that shows the summary and decisions without the transcript. The link expires after the period you choose, and you can revoke it at any time.

Is my data private?

Recordings and transcripts are accessible only to you, and deleting a meeting deletes its recording too. The privacy policy lists the providers that process them.
