Meeting bot

A bot that joins your meeting and writes it up in Hebrew

SmartChat sends a recording bot named SmartChat Notetaker to Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meetings. It joins as a visible participant and records, and after the meeting you get a Hebrew transcript, a summary, decisions and tasks, and the meeting video to watch from the meeting page.

How it works

  • Paste the meeting link, or connect Google Calendar and choose which meetings to record.
  • The bot joins as a participant everyone can see; where a meeting has a waiting room, the host admits it.
  • It leaves when the meeting ends, or if no one admits it.

Bot hours

Bot hours are counted separately from browser recording and uploads in every plan, because every bot hour has a real cost. The pricing page lists the hours of each plan.
